Our Client

Our client is a successful and growing privatly ownded company in the print & packaging sector.

To strengthen the team and further develop and expand the regional footprint in DACH & Benelux countries, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (m/w/d).

Your responsibility

  • Actively pursue value-based selling initiatives across DACH and Benelux countries, open new customer accounts, explore synergies between product offerings, and ensure sound account management with existing customers.
  • Contribute to developing and executing strategic commercial plans to achieve sales budget targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Strong coordination cross-functionally focusing on Product Development and Operations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or equal through experience.
  • Strong sales and/or business development/account management experience in a similar role.
  • Idealy knowledge of or working history in printing & packaging industry.
  • Ability to operate across countries, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude; responsible, persuasive, and well-organized person.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to adjust communication style to the audience and empathy.
  • Personal characteristics: Self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, team-oriented, relationship builder, result-driven, accountable.
  • Languages: fluent German and English, Dutch is a plus.
